The book even contains sex scenes between the fictionalized first lady and her husband, the President.

Pundits are certain the man depicted in the story is the current actual president, George W. Bush. According to the book, the first lady is always on top when they have sex. That's because W can only f**k up.

It was labeled as a "fictionalized" account, so that hardly would be a lie. Besides, we've already had over seven years of "fictionalized accounts" coming out of the White House. John McCain wants to continue that practice. Are you trying to insinuate that America has grown tired of "fictionalized accounts" from the White House?
