I was mainly arguing the point of nationalism as a whole and not prompting difference and making all people equal while promoting common values is a form of civil nationalism.
There is no non bias media and most media are run by liberals who support the promotion of difference and fractured communities. If all readers of conservative news papers want to drop out of the EU that is a very good case to hold a vote as that is about half the UK population. The BNP does have lots of support on some issues but normally on the side of civil nationalism that UKIP have the same policies on. I do favour BNP as I am a true nationalist but I am happy with any move away from a self destructive society and would be happy with UKIP. There is no doubt the support for the BNP is growing with increased membership and votes even with constant attack by the media and other parties. Without constant attacks who knows what support the BNP would have it may be less as media coverage would not be so high or it may be high as people would not be afraid to show there support. Here is a BBC page asking would you vote BNP and BBC favours the current government and the EU. http://www.bbc.co.uk/1xtra/tx/bnp.shtml Here is some more links showing increasing support: http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/New...=searchresults http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/Lab...=searchresults Now you asked if nationalism was right well that is a matter of opinion and there is no answer as ideology is not right or wrong although many liberals are apposed to everything that is not liberal and liberals control the media. I am not going to say extreme communism is wrong or nationalism or liberalism or capitalism but they all work better under certain circumstances and I believe each political system has its time. I do believe liberalism and extreme capitalism in Britain has passed its time and nationalism seems the best way to stable the system back to a safe level. On a global scale this is up to the different nations that elect there political leaders but I will not stand for Globalisation that forces everyone to conform to liberalism and if liberals continue this process it won’t belong before the large communist states and capitalist states kill millions of people in the process. The Nazis believed in globalisation, Capitalists liberals believe in globalisation, and communists believe in Globalisation. Each ideology is just as dangerous and I strongly protest against anything that goes beyond a national level. By seeking globalisation you are all seeking world wars and huge internal wars that will probably kill off most of the human race until the individual groups / nation’s reform and give back the balance. |
