Default Thank the Lord for Knowledgable, Intelligent Americans

I will be the first to admit to everyone, that I was little nervous a couple of months ago. I mean we were all bombarded from left wing media sources about the Abu Grad Prison night crew porn operation. The Washington Post & the L.A. times spent 58 days with nothing but headlines about it. They actually ran out of "new" news on it, & still kept it as headlines. We were bombarded with Michael Moore's, Farenheight 9/11 mocumentary. Then we went through the Hollywood & rock group attacks on President Bush. Then we had books & more books about how Bush lied, the lies that Bush told, & the Lies of the Liars telling the lies. We had Dan Rather on 60 minutes, & Criss Matthews of "Hardball", constantly bringing guests on their programs that were anti anything to do with President Bush. The CNN's, the MSNBC, the NBC, ABC & CBS were all out over Iraq. And "all" of it was very negative news. Having guests on their programs, about how President Bush has mishandled the war in Iraq, etc. etc.

We had conspiracy theories over election fraud in Florida & how Bush stole the election, to we entered Iraq for Halliburton & oil.

I remember these kind of attacks from the liberal media during Viet Nam. The problem is. The war in Viet Nam is very unlike the war in Iraq. This time we are winning. After 10 years, & 57,000 Americans lost in Viet Nam, there was still no end in sight. There was no interim government set up within 1-1/2 years with elections to be held in January. And President Bush's foresight to see, that installing a free country in the heart of the middle east, will bring prosperity to that region. And as we all know. Freedom brings prosperity & prosperity smothers terrorism. Once more, Freedom is very contagious to neighboring countries. THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE.

The liberal media has continued it's all out assault on Iraq. Still regularly inferring that this is just another Viet Nam. And with John Kerry as the leader, that would immediately pull us out of this unnecessary quagmire. In fact, the liberal media has already annointed John Kerry as President. But, the recent polling data confirms something much different.

Americans, today are now showing that they are smarter than the liberal media, Hollywood, Rock stars, & many in the democrat party gives them credit for. And Thank the Lord for that.

Default polls

I hate to burst your bubble but polls for one party or the other always take a jump after their convention. Don't count your Bushies before they are hatched.
Two months is a long way off and knowing George he will say something and and do something stupid long before election day.

Default I can't believe you fell for that

First thing KJS: there's no such thing as liberal media. If you want proof read the book "What liberal Media". It's not a book of opinions, it's a book of facts. It's really good. If you even care about the things you believe, read the book.

Second, I can't believe you fell for that poll. It's so not true. Don't you feel around? don't you see it? Are you living in your own little pathetic world? Let me say I didn't think somebody was going to be so stupid and fall for that.

Kerry will win the election this November.

Do you have any support for your "it's not true" statement?

And, by the way, people don't ALWAYS receive the bounce (or at least they did until Kerry).

you can't trust any polls right now. The only people who participate in polls right now are the super political people, usually no more than a thousand people, and many could be underaged. The best polls to take are in October, or after the debates.

But when Kerry didn't get a bounce at all, and Bush gets a pretty big bounce, that tells us that the American people favor Bush over KErry right now. Things could change, but it's safe to say that things are looking pretty good for Bush at the moment.

That's already crossed my mind SS. When they do, you can bet I'll be copy/pasting their quotes for them to eat.
