Darfur Genocide
Reuters - Senegal's president said on Thursday George W. Bush told African leaders at one stage the United States might send troops to Sudan's Darfur if they did not act to halt what he saw as genocide there.

I'll believe it when I see it.
More likely it's a promise that will not be kept and further screw up our diplomatic powers. I think it's about as likely as the action we were going to take against Burma's government.
