Some guys rolling around on the floor naked is torture? They have parades in San Francisco that do the same thing, I've even seen where they wear collars and leashes. That's your torture? ooooohhhhh.

War crimes in a military jail?

Youre kidding right?

The crimes perpetrated there do not compare to the hundreds or thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians that were slaughtered by the US forces and their pathetically few tokenistic allies.

Abu Graib is a distraction to the REAL war crime - THE REAL violation of UN charters and Geneva Conventions.

As far as US presidents being chared for war crimes?

Well it has NEVER happened before - so why start now.??

Just curious. How many of the people in those parades have electric wires clipped to their genitals? How many of them have been kept under conditions the CIA has determined will destroy their personalities?

Bush/Cheney/Dumsfield and their cretinous minions in US uniform are responsible for outright murder. Over 100 US detainees have died from violence by their handlers. Thousands have been beaten mercilously/tortured and grossly mistreated, the majority being innocent, and all not deserving of barbaric treatment, especially by a nation that, up until recently, denounced the very actions being perpetrated. We once benefitted from humane treatment of opposing peoples.

You jokers that think it's funny to mistreat people couldn't stand up to one day of what has been dished out for years to those in our charge under this criminal administration.

The sooner Bush-like scum are no longer able to puke on humanity, the sooner we can rid our country of the maggot filled open wounds inflicted by their kind. But the scars will last forever.

WASHINGTON — The Army general who led the investigation into prisoner abuse at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison accused the Bush administration Wednesday of committing "war crimes" and called for those responsible to be held to account.

The remarks by Maj. Gen. Antonio Taguba, who's now retired, came in a new report that found that U.S. personnel tortured and abused detainees in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, using beatings, electrical shocks, sexual humiliation and other cruel practices.

"After years of disclosures by government investigations, media accounts and reports from human rights organizations, there is no longer any doubt as to whether the current administration has committed war crimes," Taguba wrote. "The only question that remains to be answered is whether those who ordered the use of torture will be held to account."

Taguba, whose 2004 investigation documented chilling abuses at Abu Ghraib, is thought to be the most senior official to have accused the administration of war crimes. "The commander in chief and those under him authorized a systematic regime of torture," he wrote.

A White House spokeswoman, Kate Starr, had no comment.

WOW! I never even heard about this on the anti Bush networks such as MSNBC, CNN... makes me wonder if they really ARE anti Bush? or free unfiltered news...
