I'm not too fond of any idea of state-sanctioned neuterings unless it's something more akin to sexual assault or rape.
I figure it would be okay for a woman having more than some given number of abortions... and then the rule should also apply to men with more than that same number of child support cases (these guys are especially problematic- after a certain number of cases, no more can be taken from your check!).

Something arbitrary. I don't think there's any scientific number.
I guess we can come up with a more realistic assessment based on child support fathers... but I'm not sure just what that number is. It may vary.
There is only so much a child support agency can garnish from wages. Once a father owes that much, any more children born cannot raise that amount...

Of course that number is 1 for non-working (or working under the table) child support fathers.

Technically a minority of women ever get an abortion... so we are dealing with an issue smaller than it's made out to be either way.

In fact I'm willing to bet that multiple child deadbeat fathers outnumber multiple abortion women by a huge margin...
