That pretty much sums it up. These are the things Libertarians agree on.

Small Federal Government, more power to state and local
The all might dollar is our trade policy
Neutrality on foreign affairs, big bonus on trading
Liberal social policies and conservative government financial

The problem is that when people approach the problem of cutting budgets from the standpoint that programs need to be removed- for the sake of removing them... we set ourselves up for changes that in the longrun will not necessarily increase efficiency and may just end up weakening programs that have merit.

Libertarians do not seek to optimize programs. They seek to slowly dispose of them. The means shape the ends.
They will not address the problems that lead to inefficiencies. Rather they will assume the programs are themselves inefficiencies and focus on cutting their scope rather than their inefficiency.

It's similar to why I believe liberals should take ownership of welfare reform rather than conservatives. If we admit to the inefficiencies and problems and how programs are not doing what they should, we can alter them to do what they should and for less cost.
By not doing that we leave it to conservatives and libertarians... who seek only to destroy the programs altogether on ideological grounds.
There is no clear cut entitlements Libertarians would cut. It could be all handled by the state, as it should.

Federal spending would be minimal, but state and local would be higher.

Again social programs should be chosen on a more local basis, certain parts of this country have different needs than others. I personally would choose to put more money into job development, and less into wellfare checks. this should be decided by the people it dirrectly effects. not the Fed.

Giving more power to the states would also cut down on lobbyists, pork spending, etc. If said state had to spend their own money to test the crunchy'ness of apples they would probably think twice, and put that money to a better use. But of course the powers that be hate this idea as it would religate congress and the senate to only having control over foriegn affairs, the military, Hwy and postal systems, "and of course steroid use in magor league baseball".

Libertarianism isn't fascism - it goes in the opposite direction, more toward anarchy.

Both ideologies are for kooks only.

I can see the sense in allowing states more control of their programs... but only to an extent.

The first problem is that the states who need the most in terms of programs are the states that cannot afford them. The result will be the collapse of certain states or the exodus of people from these states, leading to first a brain-drain (making things worse) then a spread of "criminal" elements across state borders.
It would be nice to allow people to move in ways not conducive to this, but that would require some sort of federal relocation program.
The US would look like Africa if this ideology went too far.

So I can see quite a need for some federal aid when needed.

That leads to problem 2.
If the feds give aid, shouldn't there be strings attached? The feds should not allow the states to take advantage of aid for programs that address only surface features, increase in demand, and ultimately drain the fed for nothing. Any state accepting federal aid should have to conform to some standards... and simply cutting their funding to the point that they cannot actually build worthwhile programs isn't helpful.
While funding does not necessarily lead to solutions, it is a prerequisite.

And beyond all that, I think there are some programs that are national in scope: education, infrastructure, social security, etc.
That is simply an ideological difference with the libertarians. I do not expect the results of too great of decentralization working out as positively as libertarians do (those who care about that).

Libertarians believe in representative government and free trade. Fascists believe in neither.

Someone - Jews or evil government bureaucrats - must be conspiring to smear and hide the eternal truth of libertarianism or fascism. New World Order, Federal Reserve controlled by Jews and Communists etc etc.

A conspiracy of Jews is crushing the people in the Nazi case, and a conspiracy of bureaucrats is crushing the people in the libertarian case. The people cannot see their true interests, and it is up to the fascist/libertarian to bring about a glorious rebirth based on old, forgotten values and the practices of the people's heroic ancestors (that's 19th century free marketeers or the "Founding Fathers" for you libertarians, medieval heroes for the fascists). And this is to be done by undemocratic means - because democracy is evil - and against the will of the majority if necessary.

If libertarianism were fascism, I would fully embrace fascism. However, it's not fascism, and you're an idiot. So I really don't have to worry about growing one of those dorky mustaches. Although, I do have to admit that the goose step has got to be a good ab work out, but I always felt kinda silly doing it - in a racist way.

That is exclusively a fascist idea.

Pure libertarians think that nothing justifies enforcing ones will on another person.

NOTHING. Your first point is the exact opposite of libertarianism. Libertarians believe that every human is equal and therefore deserves equal rights. No one can force their will on other people because that violates this core principle of libertarianism.

Libertarianism believes that all people are equal. To say otherwise is a grave mis-characterization. Try reading Locke, or if you want to know how a libertarian democracy works, read the Federalist Papers.

Equality of rights is libertarianism, that you just don't understand.

In a libertarian system, everyone has equal rights and freedoms. That enables people to work for themselves.

Libertarians don't conquer the world because they believe that everyone should be free to do what they want so long as they don't infringe on the freedom of others. Let other countries do what they want; that means no conquering.

Read the Federalist Papers already

Libertarianism was the first modern democracy. How's that for "undemocratic?"

Violence violates another person's freedom.

That's what anti-libertarianism is.

Bottom line: you just described fascism (with a bunch of Hitler quotes), nothing else.
