Unfortunately "medical groups" are groups of business people who just happen to be in the medical field. Abortion is a product to sell, as are IUDs and morning after pills, but abortion carries a stigma where they are hoping the others will not. Contraception would be a morning before pill. Once conception takes place, anything that disrupts pregnancy from that point forward would be an abortion.

Its really pretty straight forward and logical if you think about it!
