So, using House rules to block a vote, then crying about "not voting" is the GOP you "loved"?

Mmmmm.... whatever.

Hey, weren't the GOPers proud of shutting down the government in '95 as well?

And the congresscritters didn't even have to forego their salaries for the time being like federal employees had to.

What a bunch of blackmailing jerks.

See, when you have no ideas of your own, you just hold your breath until you turn blue.

THAT'll show us.

When Democrats do this, they are "obstructionists".
Why is hard-headedness only a virtue for the right?

80% of Americans want the US to drill here so I have no problem with the GOP representing the American people.

TJO to say the GOP has no idea here is laughable. The idea of drilling is the idea the GOP has to lower prices and even the threat of drilling is lowering price while the Dems idea is taxation. Now that is a real plan, well I guess when you have a 6% approval rating you can do whatever you want.

So now politicians are supposed to vote by the polls instead of by principles?

Gol! I'm getting really confused by all this!
