Democratic majority does not indicate Democratic control. The low approval ratings of our Congress are for the entire Congress. If you would like to see separate approval ratings for the parties, look here: Democrats, Republicans.

Bush's low approval ratings are not just from liberals. His conservative approval ratings have sunk to a record low of 60% and dropping fast. Hmm, and Bush thinks the history books will validate his eight years of narcissistic despotism.

When 40% of your own base (probably 50% by November) thinks you're a failure...you're a failure. Bush will go down as the worst US president in history along with the people who were really pulling the strings like Cheney, Rove, and Rumsfeld. Remember Bush was just the mouth and not the brains of the operation. Not a good choice for a mouth, but he did exactly what he was told to do, and that's why he was there.

My birthday is on January 20th - inaguration day. Hopefully it's during the inaguration of someone I like.
