As I attempt to read posts on this forum, all I am witnessing is the dumbing down of America. People are more worried if their candidate has nice teeth, or is a "Maverick," or who is more elitest than who.

How about this dwindling economy of ours? The degrading integrity of American currency and the lowering of the cost of labor? How about the wars America is spending billions a day on, while no one is demanding that this make-shift Iraqi and Afgan governement to start paying the U.S. back for liberating them (considering Iraq is sitting on the second largest oil deposit in the world, moreover the allies paid the U.S. in WW2).

I could go on and on. But eveyone is worried about the most trivial of subjects, all while America is being flushed down the toilet. You all should be ashamed...

The key is to ignore, or, in extreme cases, viciously embarrass, those who make idiotic comments--all the while attempting to carry on intelligent conversations. And, I assure you, there are many here who are not interested in the color of Obama or McCain's teeth
