Default If we sign a deal with the Iraqis, could Obama even implement his plan?

It looks like we're about to sign an agreement with the Iraqi government for a phased pullout that would complete in 2012.

Obamas plan was to get us out by 2010. But if an agreement is reached could Obama really go against it. Would that be breaking a treaty(or something similar)?

In short is there about to be zero difference in McCain's and Obama's policy on the war in Iraq?

I think the difference would be if a situation were to arise in Iraq what action would the US proceed with in dealing with it.

It depends on what kind of deal Alfred E. Newman (GWB) signs with Iraq. It can be altered I'm sure. The administration wants us to stay.

Your links are biased. W and his goons are trying to help McCain by flip-flipping on a "time horizon" before the election. The permanent bases are still being built.

To answer the question, if we sign this deal with the Iraqis, we ARE implementing Obama's plan.

My links are quotes by Bush from 2005, 2006, and 2007. Please explain how the quotes of the President saying that we will leave when they ask could possibly be biased.

Also, it's laughable that you think CBS and The New York Times are biased towards Bush.

For any agreement to be binding it would have to be a treaty and be approved by 2/3rds of the Senate.
