Default Who would you like to see as the candidates?

Are you voting for the best the country has to offer?

Are you voting for the man or woman that can do the best or are you settling for whats out there?

Do you think that McCain and Obama offer the best soultions?

If you could pick the candidates and the VP's who would they be in your party and why?

I do like Biden as a candidate I would prefer to see him at the head of the ticket.

Well its very difficult for me to decide. Because I'm pretty mucha socialist( or close to it.) But I sm pro life so it makes supporting anyone a very hard choice. I do like Ralph Nader.

Those most qualified to lead don't want to.

Sorry Inferno. Your questions came too late. We all had opportunity to help make those decisions earlier this year.

But you didn't get to select anyone you wanted you had to pick from the list.

No so, originally there was no list. The ones who wanted to run put their hats in the ring, their were others who did not run and perhaps would have been a better selection. This year I wasn't too impressed with those that ran and the ones that looked promising bailed out to quick.

Good question Inferno. America produces the best leaders in the world by a long shot. Unfortunately none of those people make it to President. At least not recently.

But this time around I think you've got two good people on the ticket. I would say you've not settled for second best.

My picks?

Gates/Steinbrenner '08

Bill Gates is a proven economic genius who would know how to run the country without letting it sink into debt. Steinbrenner is a shrewd businessman who isn't afraid to make sudden and major changes if something clearly isn't working, and doesn't give a crap if a few whiners don't like it.

Steinbrenner would fire Gates the first day of the new administration, hire him back, fire him again, hire him back....
