We have a time table for withdrawal, and we need to leave Iraq to police itself. This occupation is depleting our economy and military strength for no 'clear positive outcome.'

To pull out by 2011 would mean beginning a withdrawal as soon as this year. Even Fox News is reporting that we will leave Iraq. It's the right decision.
