This video was produced by the McCain camp, however it's pretty factual and highlights his position changes very well.

excellent video and excellent post! This demonstrates Obama's lack of leadership skills. If he can't even agree with himself on Iraq from one month to the next, how can we expect him to make the right decisions from one moment to the next?!

They try to tell us Obama is experienced enough to be president, however, this video all by itself shows the true Obama; his lack of experience only demostrates the lack of judgement he is bringing to the top of the democrats ticket.

This is irrefutable evidence that this guy in not ready to be president.

1st, surge strategy is irrelevant. If you don't stupidly and blindly go in there then you need no surge.
2nd, adding troops is a super oversimplification at best of what changed conditions on the ground. Five years of war and ethnic cleansing followed up by paying off the survivors were probably the root issues.
3rd, We will not know if the action(s) worked until we are no longer there. The purpose SUPPOSEDLY was to give the Iraqi "government" (and I use the term loosely) space to resolve governmental issue, which has made little progress.

Obama is right as rain and McCain is wrong because the very premise (despite regular overhaul) is wrong. Freedom must be yearned for earned. It cannot be enforced at gun point. Neocons are totally insane and illogical. You guys are patently dangerous to the very concepts of liberty and self-determination.

No country in the world was less of a threat to us than Iraq. Many on the right are either too stupid or too dishonest to accept that a country with an obliterated military, under embargo, and under an aircap is of little potential threat. Iraq had already been defanged and BushCo. (included McDelusional) twisted lies to the bitter end and to this day to sell a gangster move to secure a resource for their masters to profit from.

Tell that to Bill Clinton. He spent 8 years as President telling us what a huge threat Iraq was. Tell that to Hillary, Joe Bidon, and other Dems who voted for the war. And tell that to John Edwards who called Iraq a bigger threat than North Korea and Iran before the war started.
