I am not sure how much validity there is to this. It was only filed a little over a week ago, but I think there is a lot we don't know about Mr. Obama.

There are several threads about this. It is a fruitcake lawyer who has filed several such suits in the past against various politicians. He is alleging Obama is not eligible to be prez because he was not born in the US. Obama provided his birth certificate ages ago.

A child born to a US citizen in the US is a US citizen. Obama was born in Hawaii to a US mother. He is a US citizen. His father was from Kenya. His step-father was Indonesian and the document being used by Berg to say he is not a US citizen is a school record that says he is Indonesian. Since his stepfather never adopted him, how could he be Indonesian?
