Newt, Rush, and Kristol all were hammering for a palin pick for some time.

Now Rush just parrots intelligent thought.

She was my pick. I called my brother in CA when she was anounced. He had been following her since early this summer after her Glenn Beck appearance.

She has been frequently mentioned along side Jindal as a rising star and was on McCain's VP short list for a while.

In FACT, I remember hearing that the head of McCain's vetting whatever was seen in alaska back in May (at least there was a rumor one of McCains advisors was seen in Alaska) and getting all excited about a Palin pick.


True, many republicans did not know about her. But then again I'd say only 15% of dems could point out Biden in a line up.

Look I know you dems think she is some unknown just pulled out of McCain's ass. She isn't. She hadn't been introduced nationally, but to those who pay attention, she was a rising star. Alot of people where also hoping for Jindal as a VP. I know you guys think Romney was the front runner, but McCain hated Romney. In fact, no one really likes Romney he just happens to get things right while sounding like an ass. Palin was the third highest choice in intrade before the anouncement. You guys just don't know what the hell you are talking about. Keep trying to dismiss Palin, she can hold her own. The best thing you can do for a candidate is to underestimate them.


Also PALIN/JINDAL 2012. Jindal is a god(*)(*)(*)(*) rockstar. Every once and a while you get an adult that does his or her job in politics. The media hates them, but man they are few and far between.

Don't mean to defend the McSame, but as far as the new b***h on the block, I'd defenetely prefer her as opposed to proanti war veterans such as Biden or Obama
