I noticed, although Ron Paul is still a winner, all candidates are in a minus right now

If you are referring to the election of the President of the United States then it must be acknowledged that the People do not elect the President, the States do. The President of the United States is NOT the President of the People but instead the President of the States. Both the US Constitution and the very title of the office reflect this fact. Many Americans are completely unaware of this fact (blame the public school system for this confusion).

Presidents are elected by the Electorial College and the selection process of these Electorial College members is at the discretion of the State Legislatures according to the US Constitution.

Haven't even thought about that, but ok. it's still the same thing: people elect in a state, so If all candidates on a ballot IN A STATE end up negative, is re-vote a must?
