This problem is in all western countries, and while you may say "I'm just not that stupid, it does not bother me, consider the fact that there are older people and that by fraud I also mean things like viruses, scams and many other things for which we may not fall for most of the time, but will some of the time....

Let's say you get email which you quickly see is a fraudulent, obviously every email has an IP address where it came from. do you feel you can report it to authorities or do you know that it will be totaly useless because you know the government will not take any action? because I certainly feel that no one will care in a country where media is interrupted every 10 minutes by mostly fraudulent adds.
