If you support the invasion of another country, you need to go fight!!! I don't care if you are a woman, or if you are 80 years old. If you want us to invade Iran, or go to war with russia to defend georgia. You need to be on the front line!! If you served already re-enlist. If you haven't served, enlist when the war starts.

I do not support an invasion of another country at all. If we end up having to defend Georgia from the Russians I will support that so long as this time there is a time line and a battle plan. Though to be honest with you, I highly doubt it will come to this with Russia they are to smart for that.

I sense a lot of hostility in your post do you have an issue with this nations military, both active and veterans alike? Honestly your post comes off like a rant you typed hastily without thinking it over first. I assume you have a point to your post, could you tell me what it is so I can more clearly follow your line of thought?

Just as a heads up I was on the front lines in Iraq serving my country and fighting oppression. I am not afraid to fight for what I believe in.

How does my post show any hostility towards the military? Let me rephrase that, my post doesn't show any hostility towards the military. The opposite. It shows hostility towards people who beat the drums of war, and get our military involved, and don't do anything themselves!!


PS. I know we aren't going to war with russia, it would be insanely stupid on both sides to go to war, so it won't happen. That is why it is so stupid that these morons advocate war with russia!!

Then I commend you!!! But I don't commend the people who sent you off to risk your life in a war that was not necessary. This is not a criticism of the Iraq war. I don't support the war, but I am also opposed to immediate withdrawal. This is aimed at people who want more war, even though we are spread thin already.
