Default Who is to blame that US is going down?

I'm just watching Bush speak with a quote below "we must act now"..
I thought he was talking about Iran or Russia, but it looks like he's talking about US economy. who is to blame for all this mess, I think all of us who live in USA know what I'm talking about

There are many reasons why the US Economy is suffering right now and very few of them are the result of president Bush. Furthermore I was unaware the US was "Going down".

First off, who is this "us" you're talking about? You're most emphatically not included with the "us" I'm talking about.

Wait a minute. You mean, after the continuous seditious endorsements of enemy interests that you constantly spout like dissident sewage, you have the brass balls to actually live here?

No wonder you don't show your location.

Wow, I'm surprised to see the poll that you all think it's US own governments fault. I was sure at least some here will blame Iran, China or Russia...

Don't be surprised, Terrorist. Most who believe China, Iran or Russia are to blame won't let themselves think the US just might be in trouble. However, declining educational effectiveness, declining health care effectiveness, the highest children's poverty rate in the first world, our seriously troubled economy, invading another country without cause and suspending the Geneva Convention in determining how we treat war-related detainees are all pretty solid indications that the US is indeed in trouble IMO.

I'm disappointed with the lack of options. You can't blame external countries on our internal problems. US leadership is the only option left. But then are we talking leadership of our businesses, leadership of our government or the only true leaders in a free society, the people. I think that all of us share some blame. Too many of us don't take the personal responsibility to look around and see what's going on until after there is a problem, then we blame everybody but ourselves. The truth is that we as Americans are the leaders of our government and we do nothing to stop the government corruption and we as stockholders and business owners and even employees are the leaders of our businesses and we do nothing to stop corrupt management decisions until after a crisis has occurred. Much of this is due to the fact that we as greedy SOBs refuse to live within our means. Its not one group of elite individuals. Its the collective society that believes that we can live any way we want to and when we get ourselves in trouble the government will be there to bail us out. This cultural shift in values and beliefs is what has America declining.
