Action/Reaction
How long does the public of a free nation sit under the confines of an airy system of idiocracy? Can we not realize two years ago this time, Goldman Sacchs was predicted by a number of independent thinkers, many of whom I converse with at my local cigar parlor, and on internet blogs, to be one of the most corrupt and delusive banks in the world. What happens to them, but of course! they now control our money supply. Do you really think the fed won't lean on the two left like a pair of crutches? Let's not beat around the Bush, he hired on their CEO as sec. of treasury, now the doors of congress are knocking to allow the sec. treas. to be the most influential and powerful person on earth. Forget the imperial presidency, 'twas the past. The fed will inflate the money supply as we've never seen it within the next year.
I understood the bailing out of auto corporations, we need them for security in war, but investment banks? Now, once again, into bank holding companies? And who did the board members of Morgan Stanley kiss a$$ to (are they even an American Bank - look at their international holdings)? I forgot, maybe the new government regulators will investigate the situations of laundering and foul play more than the FBI in the last Goldman Sacchs crisis.
And did Mr. Bush retire the idea of his old timer Lehman Brothers? Was the family banking business not enough to cut it, or did he really need those CEOs to serve as his main secretary and advisers on the treasury.
When will the army be out of these hands? Should we hire a new one? Let's throw Mr. Paul O'neil out the window, have we arrested him yet Mr Bush? Where's the CIA files on this, come now.
If this keeps up I will move to Scotland after finishing my degree.
