But I disagree I guess with the use of the word change...maybe its just a semantic distinction...you can add to it but never take away...

Change is good. I would never suggest we destroy the integrity of the Constitution, but we should be able to change it. The Framers knew in their wisdom that they did not know everything that would happen in the future so why would they try to inhibit future generations from adjusting the law of the land?
