Brazil VS USA Vietnam 2

Here's a look into the future...

You know why I think I future war between Brazil and the Imperialist US is inevitable?
If you look at the past 60 years or so, the USA has been bombing lots of countries, from Vietnam to Lybia to Japan.
The American Gov. claims to be helping freemdom, but if any of you people know, the USA was the cause that Brazil had a military coup in 1964, and the brazilian people suffered military rule until 1985. The USA is the most resented country in the planet today. More than Nazi Germany. Brazil is the country of the future and as we all know, ALL empires come to an end.
look at Rome, Greece, Egypt, Germany, Japan, Aztecs, Spain, etc.
So the USA is just another empire wait to fall. the USA survived one vietnam that split the country, As the USA tries to keep Brazil in the Shadows, brazil is reactivating our nuclear reactor to build nuclear subs. Our military will grow especially that we have a great President( Lula ). Lots of Americans think Brazil is just a third world country, we a country on the march and united. our tech is the best of Latin America, All of South America respects Brazil. We have shown that we can build good artillery, and also good tanks. we have a great Aircraft company (EMBRAER).
sO A future Conflict between Brazil and the USA is just years alway.

Okay, are you suggesting Brazil will go on an expantionist march? I mean with all that (apparently high level) equipment, and no plausible enemies whatsoever, I don't see it sitting in stockpiles hidden in the Amazon.

And no. As far as I see it, Brazil considers itself to be a power, but the the majority of the world does not quite agree. Sure, Brazil has potential, but huge problems to deal with first. The US has no reason whatsover to open hostilities with Brazil ATM.

1/ i agree america is an empire thats on the verge of collapsing...in the not 'too' distant future.

2/lets be honest, america would crush brazil in days...if the fought conventional pitched battles.

I am not say Brazil will go into an war march, we have NO ememies, we just resent USA's influence over South America, and BTW, Brazil would lose to the USA not in days, but in about 5 to 6 months ( guess). USA would definatly win the Conventional battle. But the minute the battles hit the great Amazon state ( yes one of our states is called Amazon ) Vietanam 2 begins. Brazilian soldiers are highly trained for jungle warfare and they can survive in the jungle unlike American soldiers as we have seen in Vietnam.

One day... America could crush your pitiful little country in one day... America could turn you into parking for Peru in 3 days....

Jungle Warfare? Vietnam? American military has significantly advanced since Vietnam... Our military technology makes Brazil's look like a set of tinker toys... Hiding under a leaf doesn't stop infrared or motion detectors.... The VMADS could, if used properly, make every brazillian surrender peacefully with tears of pain in their eyes...

Spit out all the rhetoric you want... If America was really threatened by you and didn't care about people's opinion... Brazil would be subjugated in mere hours....

I swear... some dirty backwater country gets a little tech and they think they are the best thing since sliced bread.... America has forgotten more about military matters than your mudhut country will ever know....

You Americans love underestimating countries. look what happened in Iraq. You guys are stuck there now for probrably 2 more years.

look what happened to England in 1982. they went down to the Islas Malvinas thinking they weren't gonna lose any ships. well they lost a few and got a lot of damage on their fleet.
