Default FOX's Feigned outrage over Obamas cabinet picks

The conservative talk show circuit has been very busy lately with their feigned outrage over Obama’s cabinet picks. Presumably, the outrage is that Obama recycled a few people from the Clinton years.

It’s easy to blabber on when hatred for Bill Clinton clouds their memories.

One of the worst presidents we have ever known appointed people that were his dad’s close friends.

Condoleeza Rice was the director of Soviet policy and Gulf War to George H.W. Bush and then his son named her his National Security Advisor. Richard Armitage was a Defense aide for dad and then, when he wasn’t busy outing CIA agents, he served as the son’s Deputy Secretary of State.

Colin Powell was the Chair of the Joint Chiefs under dad and then Secretary of State for the son. Paul Wolfowitz was third in line at Defense under dad and then the Deputy Secretary of Defense.

Dick Cheney was the Chief of Staff under Ford and the Secretary of Defense under dad but then he appointed himself Vice President in charge of Executive Privileges for the son.

Donald Rumsfeld was NATO ambassador under Nixon, Secretary of Defense under Ford, advisor to dad and Secretary of Defense for George W. Bush.

It’s my guess that Obama’s picks will once again work out much better than both Bush generations combined.

Your post has 1 tiny sentence to do with the title.

I suppose you should stick in a jab to Fox news whenever possible though.

And what do you base your "guess" on?

could it be that Hannity and O'Reilly (and his guest radio host) have talked about Obama's picks for two weeks straight. Guess not.

Because they already worked for Clinton - they didn't work for either daddy or son.

And what do you have to back this up? Or are you asking people to rely on your guesses that are made purely on assertion?

Hannity and O'Reilly = Fox News? Ok, so from what you say, 2 hours of programming that talk about Obama's cabinet members (and mind you, the entire 1-hour block of each show isn't dedicated to one subject. so it's even less than 2 hours/day) is the same as Fox News' feigned outrage?

Of course they are talking about his picks.. it's news. Would you prefer they talked about what color underwear Obama is wearing today? Perhaps if he wears boxers or briefs?

Or do you just prefer that everyone agrees with what Obama does, and we suppress all opposing views?

I think the one who's feigning is the one trying to defend Obama after a year+ of "Change". Doesn't look like change when you parade out Clinton hacks and Bush' Defense Secretary as your 'NEW' cabinet. SSDD

How do you people keep falling for this BS? You must enjoy wearing kneepads I guess. Change? haha

This guy was so weak he went after Daddy's friends. And then he started a war because his dad was threatened. How quaint.

Bush is weak because he used his "daddy's friends".

Obama is strong because he uses Clinton's friends.

You're right, I guess I do need to try and keep up. Admittedly, the pool of partisanship you display is hard to wade through.

It seems some of Republicans have double standards.

Delusional! Did Bush ever claim to be the republican of 'change'? Nope

I guess that makes Obama a freeking liar.

Then you can revise all you want but it was Clintons CIA intel that Bush received and Congress wanted as well. I recognize when people aren't that bright so I clipped the videos for you to watch. You seem to have a problem with the written word. Enjoy.
