Iran,since it's a fact that there has been no north korean attempts to create a long range missile,and didn't threat to attack america...beside,where can north korea attack? China is the last country they would attack,and i don't think they will attack other korans....iran did threat to attack,they created a missile for long range,and they have two great enemies that they can attack in the mid-east.
