What the Israelis need and want is a place where Jews who are targeted world wide can be safe. They have accepted refugees from Africa, Asia, and arab countries, as well as europe. With worldwide anti-semitism growing - by that I speak of attacks against Jews, against synagogues, even against nursery schools - it's understandable.

60 years ago the Jews found out that the world would let them be killed - stand by and do nothing - not even the Pope objected. These are the survivors and their children. Can you really tell them it can't happen?

BTW - do you have strong feeling about Kashmir - which was stolen from the Muslims Pakistanis when Pakistan was split into another country and away from India? Because once we give Israel away, the bombs will be about Kashmir.

I really have a solution for Israel and it's neighbors, but it will not be implemented because the solution is not in the interest of those who are armed to their teeth especialy with nuclear weapons, conflict/war is in their interest. THE SOLUTION is very simple, ban flags and languages other then the one voted most popular in the region and be done with it. it's really very simple. if i come to a foreign country i am expected to learn their ways not push my agenda. anyone who believes USA/Israel is really seeking some sort of a solution in the region is either very naive or an idiot, it's all about domination.

No, your post is completely garbled. Egypt is not "blockading" anyone. They are protecting an established border and not as harshly as both Israel and the U.S. would like- so what are you talking about ??? Are you of the opinion that the U.S. is "blockading" Mexico??

I am still trying to figure out what Lackluster and i.B. seem to think is the solution for Palestinians. So far, I don't see any evidence that they have any thought on this matter- just defensive accusations of anti-semitism and rejection of any peaceful solution.

By all means elaborate...the thread is about solutions, one state or two or ?? Egypt came up in some convoluted attempt to show a parallel between Israel and Egypt. It really has nothing to do with the topic or the current situation that I can see but if you see a connection ,you go for it!!

Solution? Simple. Give the West Bank back to Jordan and give Gaza back to Egypt.

There are no such thing as 'Palestinians'

I favor either a three state solution, or working with Jordan and Egypt to take back some of the territory they lost after attacking Israel in 1967.
