Default Stop The Hate???

We ask you to help us work for that day
when black will not be asked to give back,
when brown can stick around,
when yellow will be mellow,
when the red man can get ahead, man,
and when white will embrace what is right.
So, Barack Hussein Obama speaks against conflict and discord in the USA, then a few minutes later his reverend sews it.

While the crowd cheers. I couldn't have written a better script.

Apparently black shouldn't be asked to give back to society. And white - you better start embracing what is right. Asians - it's time for you to mellow out.

These are clear cut racial insults. I don't know what else to say.
I couldn't agree more! Furthermore I'll contend that sadly, this is a telltale sign of things to come.

Now that we have our nation's first "black" president (forget about the fact that he's 1/2 white too - that's the "inconvenient truth") you would think the minorities would quit whining about how they're downtrodden and discriminated against, but no, they're just going to ramp the rhetoric up all the more.

Is there racism in America - of course!

Will it ever end? Unfortunately human nature makes the odds of that pretty steep.

Should we continue to strive the end the hate? Absolutely!

Does it start with white people? Maybe, but I'll step out on a limb here to say that although there certainly are white groups that promote hate (e.g. KKK, skinheads, neo-Nazis, etc.) the MAIN STREAM hate groups come from the minorities, like La Raza, The Push Coalition, the gay & lesbian groups. They have cleverly manuevered it such that they have legitimized their hate on the prime time news.

Unlike the KKK, they don't have to meet in a field somewhere in the middle of the night with hoods on the protect their identity - they get to spew their venom on primetime TV using their more than willing accomplices, the liberal media to garner public support.

Whites need to get over their white guilt. I promise I have NEVER owned a single slave in my life.

Blacks & minorities need to get over their anger. One great step in the right direction is to change their tone in the hip hop culture. Of course, that'll never happen because hate sells music.

Have you ever watched that movie The Jerk with Steve Martin? I will say this much. The mother of Steve Martin in the movie is black. She said a line in the movie "I'd love you if you were the color of a Baboon's ass." This is how I think others should think. We should love each other no matter what color we are. Hate will always be popular, Drama will, Evil will, but people of all religions, races and genders need to resist that hate and breeding it. Regardless of which race hate is more prevalent in, hate will always be wrong. Stewardship, loving one another and the fundamentals of human kindness regardless of religion or absence of should apply to how most people live their lives. The problem with hate is it stems from greed, stems from wrath, stems from envy. People need to stop focusing on the person who has more, or the person who is trying to be a poster boy/girl for a group of individuals who doesn't necessarily think the same way they do.

LOL. Wow, you have no clue what a hate group is do you? It's illuminating that you can't tell the difference between wanting equal rights at nobody's expense and wanting minorities to be killed or leave the country.

Also I wanted to say that there's nothing wrong with being compassionate for another person's struggles or past struggles. But ALL people should have more compassion in my opinion. We've all suffered in our lives one way or another. Some more than others. Feeling empathy for one another is a wonderful thing.

"Nobody's expense"??? I won't even address that ridiculous assertion!

Furthermore, it seems that the left are claiming ownership of the definition of "hate" whether it be a "hate group" or "hate speech" or a "hate crime" (never seen a "peace crime" being committed, but whatever). According to the left "hate" is pretty much anything that rejects their ideology.

This was done with a sense of irony-as a joke. The fact that people were laughing throughout should have been a clue for you.

Joke my ass, it was thinly veiled racism disquised as a joke. The oldest trick in the book. If the tables were turned the outcry about this "joke" from the liberal media and the so called "civil rights" groups would be deafening.

Well... the thing is... here you seem to be acknowledging that there is some equal rights issue in the fact that it would come at expense to someone. That ispretty typical of leveling a playing field. The previously priveleged lose their highground.
So acknowledging that there is expense, and thus that there is equalling out to do, why exactly are you attacking those who point out that there is still equalling out to do?

Racism? He made a dumb rhyme about every "color" of person he could think of, all essentially calling for equality or peace.
Bad poetry sure... and in some ways that is a crime in itself.
But hate? You're stretching.

I would hope so. I mean I don't see anything wrong with the concept of loving one another and treating everyone with dignity. There's been enough fighting and cold wars among enough people. Its about time it stopped. Who cares who started it.
