obviously actual footage from a US army aircraft....sorry whats your point here? it's the gun site from a plane! Channel 4 news was the first mainstream news channel to release it...the US ones were to scared to show the US troops for the criminals/morons/incompetents and psychopaths that they are.

The "footage" proves absolutely nothing. Not only does it fail to prove the targets were civilians...we dont even know if it was from this war.

How do you know it wasnt a terrorist cell? How do you know they were civilians? Oh...I forgot. it's the US, so they must be guilty by default.

They are not guilty by default. You are making the accusation. You are required to provide proof.

You have no way of knowing he could not verify his target. he was ordered by someone else to take them out...how do you know they had not already been identified as terrorists or enemy combatants by his superiors?

The radio wasn't exactly specific as to where those people were. "I've got numourous individuals on the road, do you want me to tke those out?" "take them out" - he could have been talking about anyone.

i don't assume they're civilians, im saying you cant tell. if i go hunting and 'something' is behind a bush, i don't shoot thru the bush in the hope of getting something, i identify my target.

would the police in the US be allowed to do that with a plane do you think? don't give me this waszone rubbish...it wouldn't have happened in N.Ireland!

with that attitude, it doesn't take a leap of imagination that they a/arn't taking their job seriously b/ hardly care about making sure to identify their target.

You did see the that civilians is in quotes, didn't you? And, you noticed that the streets were deserted except for this mob. There's no way to tell from the video that they were "apparently unarmed." Assuming that it was our aircraft, I think it was a case of good shooting.
