I am fed up of looking at footage of terrorists carrying m16s and Mp5s with the words MADE IN USA stamped on the side.
The US public seems to forget that south east Asia is filled with TERRORISTS. When america has a major disaster the rest of the world throws big ass party's, they dont send us cash. If they cant swim that is their problem. Seriously why does it seem like our biggest export is weapons and straight cash? When someone starts using the weapons in ways we dont "approve" we send our fellow countrymen to die. This goes far beyond our presidents because it continues through administrations.

And to kick it all off, WE GAVE FRANCE NUKES!!FRANCE! THE MOST PATHETIC GROUP OF UNSHAVED (*)(*)(*)(*) IN THE WORLD. ARE WE RETARDED?????????????? Then after that we give nukes to ISRAEL. YEAH, HEY, THERES A COUNTRY THATS BEEN IN WAR FOR 2,000 YEARS LETS GIVE THEM SOME NUKES. whos bright idea was that????? Now we say to Iran and N. Korea that they cant have any.??! wtf? Who are we to pick favorites?

The US is like a really drunk parent with to many kids that are all running around screaming. So we slap them, and do what ever we can to shut them up so we can go back to vomiting into the toilet not realizing what is going to happen when these dysfunctional, abused, ARMED lunatics get wasted themselves and go on power trips of their own.

I dont remember us ever giving nukes to Isreal. Technically, there is not even any hard proof that Israel has nukes at all...it is something we all assume.

While I always oppose selling non-democracies military equipment, giving them obsolete fighters is hardly the end of the world.

The whole world knows that Israel is in breach of the non-proliferation treaty, and that they are not called to task in this regard such as other nations (who 'may be thinking about', possibly, planning, sometime in the future, to become in breach - Iran), but you are right to point out the ethical incongruity of fighting a 'war on terror' while helping to arm terrorists.

But please tone it down a notch. No one here needs to be visited with personalised attacks. A good heated debate, yes, with passionately charged language, certainly, but please rejoin the fold on civil terms.

Why do you have a problem with helping the victims of the recent tsunami? Cheap bastage that I am... even I gave a healthy donation and encouraged others at my company to do the same.

As for MP5's... I've never seen an H&K MP5 with MADE IN USA stamped on the side. They might have MADE IN DEUTSCHLANDthough.

Rather than a drunk parent with too many kids, I think the U.S. is more like a drunk neighbor who won the lottery years ago. His money came too easy and he is inefficient and arrogant in his spending habits. He's also easily duped by those who enjoy making a sucker of him and lightening his pockets. Some posters on this board refer to anyone who does not believe that the U.S. should have its hands in the world's #### as isolationist. For those people, it's a pretty basic chocolate & vanilla, anything that's not bad must be good, you're either with us or against us (I think President W. said something like that) type world.

I agree with some of what you said. But I'm not against helping people in a time of true human suffereing, whether some people help us or not. Pure charity should not be conditional. At the same time, until a few things get straightened out at home, I would not have U.S. soldiers protecting the borders of Iraq while our borders are wide open.

I think if you do nothing about terrorism you will never be able to live your life in peace. You do not solve a problem by ignoring it. If we ignored Hitler he would have killed off the entire Jewish population and controlled most of Europe but we fought and I bet that people said that it was a lost cause but they were wrong. I could be wrong but if we ignore it we will never know because it will make terrorism worse.
