Well, it must be owned that our policy of democracy export bulges at the seams. At this moment even the most influential countries of Latin America have stood against Bush's plan for creation of so-called standing committee attached to Organization of American States (OAS), which would be able to keep track of democracy all over the world. It is worthy of note that at this date most countries of the region are gradually reoriented towards China. And if Bush doesn't change its foreign policy course, at an early date we will lose all our allies and will find ourselves in something of a vacuum or in other words - in enemy world. It's high time to direct attention of our government to our internal problems. At last Bush ought to take notice of what happens under his very nose instead of wasting money of his taxpayers for democratization of Middle East or post-Soviet space.
