About the chicks, I've seen em' all, and I've been everywhere. No offense, but wherever I go all I see are fat, poorly dressed, average looking anglosaxon/irish/german people. America just isnt in the same league as Italy, france, or Eastern Europe. Not even close. And whats funny, is that every American doesnt believe this until they come from Rome or Moscow and see just how much better European women treat themselves I swear, I was drooling in Moscow. Came back to Boston and cried.

About the food, its not really worth arguing. America's food heritage is as the same as England. The two countries simply are not well known for their food. Yes, BBQ is very good, but its not regular day to day food.

When it comes to movies, as intellectually stimulating movies like matrix, Ssaving private ryan, and fight clun are, I think its safe to say that mainstream American film has gone down the tubes in the last 20 years. Just look at the oscars, they're a joke.

You must not have stopped long in Miami, New York or L.A. I don't think what you're seeing is even allowed in L.A. anymore.

Its all up to which life style you prefer.

If you like to have a high risk of getting shot when you walk out your front door in the morning then youll like the american lifestyle better.

If you enjoy awesome food and a leisured lifestyle then you will probably like europe better.

been to LA, and been to europe recently. seen plenty of ugly chicks in LA, and can only ask myself, why am i living in USA and not in denmark or lithuania? and am ashamed to admit the only reason is MONEY$$$ - USA is the place to make money, nothing more.

oh and another thing: its these (*)(*)(*)(*) different languages in all these places, yes they speak english, but main language is different everywhere, so that's why... plus when u have a business it's not that easy to move.

Err...maybe where you live it isn't regular. Also we have the best Mexican food in the world.(yes even better than Mexico)



I like to work and enjoy the fruits of my labor so of course the US is better in my opinion. Europe is also way too crowded for my taste. I love to be able to see for miles and miles without even seeing a house in many areas around here.

Nope, I have no wishes to go to Europe. You can have it. I know Europeans though and they have echoed the same thing I said.

But yes, I do ride my horses ll the time.

In America, we have money! If you work hard, you can earn a good income. This is true of myself and almost anyone I know that has applied himself/herself. Europe may have the culture, but we've got the dough!

Ugly in L.A.?! I bet they were visiting from out of town.

Hey, this is all just for grins & giggles. People have different beauty standards, depending on where you are. To me, Paris Hilton (for instance) is butt-ugly. But I guess a lot of guys go for that angular, skinny, ho-ish look. But any woman gains at least 3 points on my 1-10 scale if she's intelligent and speaks well. She loses at least 3 points if she's stupid, bratty or has no social sense. On my scale, girls like (the too much talked about) Paris would get about a -7.

The U.S. is so big and so multi-cultural that you can't really say America is this way or that. I mean, you noticed the various dialects, right? But if I haven't learned but one thing over the years, it's this: no matter where you go, there you are. Happines isn't something you find, it's something you make. And if you're unhappy, there's a darn good chance it will just jump in your suitcase and follow you where ever you go. I'm fairly happy now, but I think a six month assignment in Brazil might make me happier.
