Herein lies the fault with your argument. Our country is governed by laws. There is no way to circumvent these laws to engage in your mass roundup.

Sure there is. Our law enforcement agencies all over the country have every right to apprehend these criminals. Of course Nancy Pelosi thinks it is un-American. Our worthless Department of Homeland Security secretary, Janet Napolitano also thinks it's not a crime to enter this country illegally. Thank God for guys like Sheriff Arpaio in Arizona.

If you like the law followed, then you should have more of a problem with these illegals than you are letting on.

Our law enforcement would be looking for illegals, not necessarily brown-skinned people. Nice try making this a color thing.

I believe my first post in this thread said I was all for deporting all illegals, as soon as someone can find a way to do it that is not cost prohibitive nor tramples on anyone's rights.

The DOHS, under Janet Napolotano, has also issued a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that essentially limits local law enforcement agencies in their abilities to identify and detain illegal aliens. The 2010 Census will include illegal aliens. Health Care Reform will include illegal aliens. Also, our government refuses to make English our national language.

Folks, our economy sucks, unemployment is high, more and more Americans are losing their jobs, and our President and his Administration are more concerned with those that do NOT belong here. This is Anti-American behavior by our government. Contact your elected officials, and let them know that amnesty for illegal aliens is unacceptable, and that our government needs to enforce our immigration laws.

Let's recap:

Amnesty for illegal aliens.

No permanent E-Verify program.

Restricting law enforcement in enforcing immigration laws.

Not allowing employers to verify SSN.

Including illegal aliens in the 2010 Census.

Covering illegal aliens in HCR.

Refusal to make English our official national language.

In this country as a citizen, I can be stopped for no reason ID'd and have my vehicle searched, basically on the whim (probable cause) of the officer. If I cannot provide the appropriate identification (in most states) I can be arrested and held against my will for a period of 24 hours, with absolutely no recourse. If an officer identifies me as a person of interest (suspect), they can pursue me into my home and arrest me without a warrant. The feds can legally tap my phone lines for a period of 72 hours without a warrant. I can have my property confiscated and held for public use without my consent, and without being fully compensated for the theft.

You are right they do not only pertain to citizens. Why is the enforcement of law, the same laws all citizens must comply with, unconstitutional if efforts are directed towards an illegal criminals?

Not really, unless you want to be less dismissive of probable cause.
