I will concede I imagine this is a small population of people. but indeed it is a population. I'm a veteran and I cant get medical help from the VA, you only qualify if your injury is active duty related of course.

You are correct if they happen to not have insurance they can go to the hosptial and try to get service under medicade I guess, or some other aid. I really dont know anything about those programs, since I have never collected from them.

But of course those programs are being effected by new laws that dont pay certain funds to convicted drug users including some medicaid services, pell grants, low income houseing, to name a few.

And I know that with the doctor ever since I had to sign that homeland security deal where my doctor agrees not to withhold patient information from law officials in any kind of legal investigation, I would not talk openly to a doctor about using Marijuana.

I know it sounds like a big brother conspiracy. But Homeland security, along with the patriot act scare the bageezus out of me.
