Exactly, they clearly don't know where term libertarian comes from. Capitalism a form of freedom..... LOL.

actually, many consider capitalism to be the ultimate form of libertarianism. Anything else involves some kind of government control on the economy, which runs contrary to the ideals of libertarianism.

Well, this becomes complicated, but this is how I understand it. An anarcho-communist such as yourself believes in no government and an equitable distribution of wealth. An anarcho-capitalist (e.g. Murray Rothbard) believes in no government and an efficient (market) distribution of wealth. However, anarcho-capitalists, the most extreme right libertarians, would have no objection to people voluntarily forming communes, since, being anarchists, they oppose government control of any kind. The only difference, therefore, between an anarcho-communist and an anarcho-capitalist is what they want the government to do as its existence is phased out.

The difference is the right thinks it's free with looming corporations controlling them and inevitable social problems that come with it. True anarchists and libertarians want to abolish all rulers and with it social problems.

Among left-wing forms of anarchism, wouldn't the cooperative control involved in anarcho-communist communities amount, for all practical purposes, to anarcho-syndicalism? Correct me if I am wrong.

Speaking in rough terms, syndicalism is a federation of all the different job types, where as communism is more a federation of many communities. Sound similar but different in practice.

which actually i think closely resembles my stance on libertarian issues. i agree with some statements but not all

51-90 points: You are a medium-core libertarian, probably self-consciously so. Your friends probably encourage you to quit talking about your views so much.

i agree with the above, i wish it was more representative of the entire spectrum of libertarian idealism, instead of focusing primarily on the fiscal issues
