No, "third way", in the United States, refers to the culturally liberal but moderately hawkish and fiscally centrist policies of politicians like Bill Clinton. It was used to describe fascism, but that is not how it is generally understood in America.

I'm a paleoconservative but I hate labels. Political labels is almost like they're trying to make politics into a game. It's not. Politics is based mainly on two things, vision and decision-making.
