It's obviously a joke.
The questions are purposely worded so that regardless of which answer you give, you sound wretched. The third choice is the only one that sounds right because it calls out the original question as BS- but you can't pick it.

So as a political test, it sucks. But as a joke, it's pretty funny... for a second.
