I like the newt to, I think I stated that fact here! for me his baggage would hold no problems, if I remove myself from political bias he would have been twice the president that Dubya is

What Reagan accomplished in his first year in office was to lay the groundwork for the eventual defeat of the Soviet Union. I consider that quite noteworthy.

Mainstream Conservatism has had a very long tradition of sticking up for individual freedom and responsibility, that is, until the Bush administration, along with the Neocons, which infested the Republican party, eviscerated Conservative principles. Simply put, Bush has a sneering contempt for, not only Conservatism, but for the rule of law, and American principles themselves. I would go even further and say that Bush is the poster boy for everything that is Anti American. Conservatives need to take the party back, and hold these traitors accountable.

AMEN Brotha!

I been yelling for years that Bush was a Liberal.

Some of us noticed that when just about day one Bush tries to become buddies with Ted Kennedy by letting him co write the educational stuff ...

and he has been riding the liberal way ever since!

Come on how MANY decades does it take for a politician to realize that HEAD START has failed?

What does it take for them to make something that can work?
