I was a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada. A Poor Soldier Of Clark in the Glorious Tory Crusade. Now I belong to the new Conservative Party, but my heart isn't in it.

I'm registered Independent.

I vote the person - not the party. The 2 major parties need to be dismantled by law and new parties started - lots of 'em. As in countries in Europe.

I have voted for Demo-rats amd Repignicans and Greens and Libertarians and even an anarchist non-affiliated candidate once - he had some great ideas on how to fix the border control problem we have here in Arizona.

(even after Sept 11th and as recently as a few months ago the 'w' regime stated our open INTERNATIONAL border is "a LOCAL law enforcement problem". Think of that next time you see the 'w' regime bashing Kerry because he says terrorism is more a law enforcement problem and the military should be the last resort.

Oh - I'm sorry - for those of you who do not speak GOOP, I'll translate the 'w' regime's position statement: "YOU people pay for it - we're broke - we have oil drilling contracts to steal and millionaires to enrich")

There is a huge sign on a part of the border that is unguarded and well-travelled by immigrants that says:"TERRORISTS PRETTY PLEASE DO NOT ENTER W/O INFORMING THE AUTHORITIES AT YOUR FIRST CONVENIECE".

Someday I'm going to start my own party and become elected POTUS. It's going to be a great and noble party. But I don't have a name for it yet. But I guess I am Independent right now, but registered Democrat so I can vote in primaries.
