It's interesting to me that as a former liberal I came to many of these conclusions ON MY OWN based upon my work experiences. It's interesting to hear a person of color addressing these ideas.

Yeah, that should be interesting. I love Sowell. Occasionally in his column he does act more as an ideologue than an objective scholar, but that is the price we pay for our paradigms. He is still among the best and possibly the only conservative pundit that is worth a (*)(*)(*)(*).
