I've always maintained that.

They could be innocent. But I've not discounted the fact they could be guilty. That is the difference between us -- you have made up your mind as to their innocence. I have not.

And a grimace and a smile after midnight could easily be confused for each other.

As far as ABC News having seen the pictures, I want to see them for myself before I make any snap judgments. Is ABC News in a coverup? I don't think so at all. But I've seen photo evidence before that looks innocent and is not and I've seen photo evidence before that looks guilty and is not so you'll have to just let me reserve judgment.

Again, I'll leave it up to a judge, jury and the court to decide that (and unfortunately for you who believe so strongly in their innocence, you're none of those members of justice so I discount your skewered beliefs accordingly). No one in here will sway me to believe they are either guilty or they are not until ALL the evidence is in.

12th: The combination of alcohol and rape plays itself out at trial in the following ways. First, if the (male) rapist was drunk, the rapist's shyster will try to get the jury to believe that that makes him less responsible because he supposedly didn't know what the heck he was doing, while if the (female) rape victim was drunk, the rapist's shyster will try to get the jury to believe that she was "a certain type of girl" and that she was somehow "asking for it." And juries usually fall for that sort of male bovine fecal material. And, quite frankly, this sort of garbage makes me angry.

You are an embarrassment to men everywhere! As for college athletics, the colleges and universities ought to all just drop their athletic programs and stick with academics. Then the professional sports teams could, like baseball, develop their own farm team systems (the minor leagues) if they wanted someplace to scout out new talent. And, again, the reason there is so often no DNA evidence in most rapes is because the woman's first inclination is to wash her rapist out of herself without thinking about all the evidence that's going right down the drain (literally as well as figuratively).
