The thing is, if the stripper was a white girl, keylolo, you would not have given this issue the time of day. But if she was white and the frat boys were you-know-what, you'd be saying they were being framed. Can't you see how predictable the whole thing is?

How many sexual assault victims are bruised before the actual assault? Does he have any statistics on that?

Facts to back up this statement other than assumptions on character?? Husband is white, Kids are half white, Family members white, therefore what hapens to whites effects me directly.

How many sexual assault victims are bruised before the actual assault? Does he have any statistics on that?

What type of bruises were sustained? Have you seen the pics? SKinned knees? Scabby legs? What?

THEN WHY DID YOU TURN TO THE OLD RACISM STANDBY? Can't something just be about the facts? YOU are the one who came back at me and said my opinions were based on my being a racist. Hell I didn't even realize the stripper was you-know-what until you said that. Then I went and read to confirm it. This particular subject has no real interest for me; I just had a brief summation of it and had the right to post that, WITHOUT YOU CALLING ME A RACIST CYNTHIA.

Facts are facts. The main evidence appears to be the word of the stripper. She says she scratched the arm of one of the boys. The absence of DNA on the fingernails not only doesn't support that part of her story, it discredits it. She says they beat her, again discredited by the time-stamped photos. The allegation of a late search is meaningless because the police found the things they were looking for. Why didn't the perps get rid of incriminating evidence?

Not innocent little school boys? Guys get drunk at college parties all the time. Now we're going to use that to support an alleged rape? I speed sometimes when I drive, does that make me a shoplifter?

Timeline:
Original call alleging racial epithets - 12:53 am

Police arrive and find nothing - 12:55am-1:06am

Second call from alleged victim at Kroger 2 miles away - 1:22am
