Original call alleging racial epithets - 12:53 am

Police arrive and find nothing - 12:55am-1:06am

Second call from alleged victim at Kroger 2 miles away - 1:22am

Fingernails were found at the crime scene, consistent with story:

The beating isnt discredited because she came to the party with bruises, especially since we dont even know what type of bruises she had when she came, and havent seen the photos as of YET.

Guys get drunk, sure, committing 20 crimes in 1 year, not so much.

Ah! I figured keylolo, the racist, would be here defending this century's Twanan Brawley.

For the record, I was ready to throw, not only the lacrosse team, but ALL Duke athletics programs under the bus...

And I am a Duke fan and alumni.

BUT... we now KNOW that there was no DNA found on her body nor ANY evidence that she had engaged in any sexual activity.

The nurse who examined her said that she had wounds AKIN to those that happen during forced intercourse... NOT that she was raped.

Her friend and 'companion' that night does not seem to back up her fable and other reports are surfacing that her fable is even more 'fairy tale' than it seems today. Supposedly the liar was trying to FORCE her way back into the party BEFORE the alleged assualt happened....

Her fingernails WERE recovered at the house... yet there was NO DNA evidence on them... in fact, we can surmise that there was NO EVIDENCE at all on them.. no fibers... no fragments of fibers.. no DNA.

How long will you back the liar due to her skin color Keylolo?

I, for one, long for the day that a black person will condemn another black person for doing wrong and not support them due to racist tendencies.

Have fun with your 'white' husband. That is just like having 'black' friends.

Present facts showing Im defending her based on skin color other than your own assumptions. Otherwise

Whether or not she is a liar has yet to be determined. Her actions PRIOR to the rape has no bearing on what happened AFTER she was cornered in the bathroom. She could have been dancing butt nked on a table rubbing baby oil on herself before hand, and still have a rape occur right after that. See how that works. Smiling and dancing BEFOREHAND doesn not mean she want raped, it means up till that point, she was enjoying herself.

Now if you have some pics f her doing that AFTER the alleged rape, you have something to work with. You calling her a liar shows you are biased already. That doesnt make for a very hearty discussion.
