I know white kids dress with their A** hanging out as well as Blacks. But they learned it from Blacks.
Even Bill Cosby has been trying to tell the black community to clean up their act. And a lot of blacks hate him for it.

I would Hire people for Jobs at one time. The White kids came in with a shirt and Tie. (Not All but most)...The Black kids came in with their pants falling off their a** hat on sideways shoes untide, Cigarette behind their ear and full of attitude. (Not all but most)...

Rap is not a BLACK Language, it's Getto slang. They don't talk like that in Africa. Or any place other then a street corner. Blacks are so afraid of "ACTING" White they still want to talk like uneducated slaves. Every thing they say they hate, they turn around and do.

When me and my fellow white friends sit around and talk, We never call each other Cracker, Whiteboy, Red neck, (*)(*)(*)(*)(*), we call each other by our names.

Black dudes don't do that. I have hung with them so don't tell me I don't know. They say get me another beer N***** or your talking Sh** Bit**.
They always put each other down every chance they get. And try to make their friend's look stupid. ( I don't know why but they do ).

With the black dudes I have hung out with almost every sentence starts with N***** or B**** get me>>>>> whatever. And you NEVER EVER Hear Thank you or Please. Except from older Black people 30 or above.

This is my own personal observasion. And it is the truth.... I know I hung out with Black dudes for years.

Though there is truth to the Bill Cosby thing, this is only one side of the blame. Your argument is the other side of the problem. It is collectivist in its roots, viewing blacks as a "community" rather than as individuals.
Your claim seems to be that blacks as a whole do not deserve respect so long as ghetto culture exists in a large part of their population.
Is this to say that Bill Cosby, Colon Powell, and Condaleeza Rice all deserve to be frowned upon for the actions of a large group who share their color... or that they should be seen as "a credit to their race" because of their color? No. They should be seen as individuals, as should the rappers who are their antithesis.
The white kids who copy "black" fashion and slang are to be judged as individuals also. There is no justification for broad-ended assaults on a race over the actions of some, even of many. The concept of racial difference is something that should be destroyed, not perpetuated by ideas of collective guilt for a race.
