They are, the difference is how they get votes. Democratic party is buying votes by providing special rights to women, African-americans and gays.
Republican party get votes by providing tax break to middle class and small business owners.

I'm not a racist (my mixed race kids will confirm that) but anyone needs to see potential employees for hygienic, presentably, physical fitness or whatever other requirements one may have for a particular job...it's sad laws need to be applied to make sure people don't use race as qualification for work...

They say they do, but they lie a lot.

Democrats are in the business of seeing to it that the money players do not use some phony excuse to shut people out of the ecconomic system so that capital has a good pool of cheap, desperate-for-a-job workers.
