It's called blowback.

Look, everyone knows that Air America was used to smuggle heroin and that the CIA was involved with Columbian Drug Cartels through the 1980's.

We also know that an unforeeable circumstance of the infiltration of hardcore drugs into the black community was the use by whites. Add the experimentation of the 1960's and 1970's and the rampant drug use in Vietnam and you see why drugs became such an issue.

My point is this:

If crack is deliberately being infused into black communities by the CIA as a means of destroying them, cheaper crack would affect more blacks. I realize that part of the destruction for most addicts is the cost of the drug and the lengths at which the user will go to get money for his dope.

It just seems to me that cheaper crack would be much more devastating, if that is really what the CIA is up to in the Hood.....

Cocaine is more of a 'rich white mans' drug than a ghetto drug.

But crack is cheap. Where are you buying expensive crack BillyBob? You can't afford a $10.00 rock? Besides, the penal system ties into it. That is basically slave labor.

A $10 rock won't even last an hour. Then once you're high, you just want to smoke more and more. I've seen people spend all day getting a little rock, then doing whatever they had to to get enough money for another little rock and so on.

Crack is a very strange drug.
