Before that Bertrand Russel one of the most admired philosophers in the Anglo Saxon sphere had said, in his book Marriage and Morals that "In extreme cases there can be little doubt of the superiority of one race to another…. There is no sound reason to regard negroes as on the average inferior to white men, although for work in the tropics they are indispensable, so that their extermination (apart from questions of humanity) would be highly undesirable." so there was an intellectual debate wether to kill off all blacks, to exterminate.

Yes, there are conspiracy theories against the blacks. I think we all know about at least one case where blacks were systematically exploited, killed and degraded.

However, I really don't think hiv/aids is one of those conspiracies... It's not anything to be taken any lighter for it, but I still doubt that there is a mastermind behind hiv/aids, or even if there is that it is racially targeted. I might be wrong. Only time will tell. Or maybe it won't.

AIDS didn't just "mysteriously" appear on the scene.

It has been traced back to the primate population. There are several different theories on how it may have been transmitted to humans.

However, scientists all over the world from many different countries have studied the virus now and generally accept the same conclusions.

To suggest that the entire world community of governments and scientists have participated in some giant cover-up against black people is ludicrous. MOD EDIT: **personal attack deleted.** Especially considering that MOST of the world is not white. White people are actually a minority.

anyone see where any white folks were included in that experiment, where humans were subjected to life threatening disease and left untreated? anyone recall how the nazis would single out the Jews to suffer "medical" experiments to see how much cold they could tolerate before they died?

now, let's look again at the question which the OP raised:
probably not. but can we be sure, based on what has happened before? answer that question as a person of color would whose contemporaries died because of the withholding of medicine during a medical "experiment"
