How could America allow Martin Luther King Domain Name Abuse
This cause me to reflect on the uproar last year when a site called Jew Watch came in first on Google for the search term JEW
http://www.google.com/explanation.html Helping our daughter a couple of weeks ago do a report on Martin Luther King (the anniversary of his death April 4) - we naively clicked on the number 2 link on Google for Martin Luther King ( www.martinlutherking.org ) to discover it was either a neo-nazi or KKK site!  On our own decided to try www.martinlutherking.com - thinking we would have better luck (would'nt you) - it turned out to be a redirect to a XXX ADULT Sex site!  Making ONE last attempt, we tried www.martinlutherking.net - and yes, it was a domain squatter site!  Doing a Whois search shows they have been existing for some time. No other Top National Figure Dead of Alive could this have happened to without high profile lawsuits and Media protests How could the community have allowed this to go on for these many years?

"Martin Luther King" isn't a registered trademark. No lawsuit would be possible.
I mean, yeah, it does kind of deface what he did, but there is no law against making a Klan/porno/whatever with MLK's name in it.
