I was actually making fun of the fact that there is so much dissension among theologians concerning the Scriptures. It seems that if God [or Jesus] is the author of every word written in the Bible, then he must take responsibility for such a tortured history of Scriptural misunderstandings of Biblical proportion.

It's like this: Lets say over 1000 people started a "Link Fan-club". They sold jewelry, t-shirts, guided tour of places where you were known to live, and all kinds of fan-type stuff.

But when you show up for a book signing, they accuse you of being an impostor, and demand the real Link come or they will riot and tear the place down.

You ask, "Why are you doing this?"

They reply, "Because you are an impostor, the real Link is much better looking, dresses better, is 6'7" inches tall, has a clear booming voice and can do all these amazing tricks."

Nothing you say, can convince them that you are who you say.

The group of 1000 are the religious people. They don't want truth, they just want what makes them feel good about themselves. Its that one guy who steps out and says, "I know you, you are him. Hi, my name is David, and I would like to get to know you." That's me. That's who I am. That's what I am all about.

My perception is, that you have no clue what I am saying and you will deny that the burning in your bosom it real. My suggestion is, that you look all around you and notice the other 998 who feel the same way. I know what religion you are, you are a Mormon. I also know that you all have no clue, who you worship or why.

You said that shedding of innocent blood is an unpardonable sin. I just gave you the names of three giants, who obviously were not cast into outer darkness for murder. Moses, David and Paul. I fully expected that you deflect, yet again, another point you made, fully out of ignorance and shoddy research. I just didn't expect it to be this obvious.

And I am confident that I will not be banned for my comments, because it's not an ad-hom if it is true. I believe they call such observations, accurate depictions of character.

Just like New Yorker Magazine can publish a cover pic, showing where Eliot Spitzer's true brain is. They couldn't have gotten away with that, three weeks ago. So, where would you say your brain is?

There are some things God doesn't have to explain. He said what he said.

Just like the capital punishment people who say that Jesus loves all people and would never put anyone to death. Pointing to "love your neighbor as yourself".

All I have to do is go to Acts and show them the fates of Ananias and Sephira. And all they did was lie.

I think, with a great deal of sorrow, but divine justice, Jesus would throw the switch without hesitation.

First off that doesn't answer my question.
I don't care if people know who I am but I am making sure that they know what I believe. I know that I worship the Almighty God and none of your petty criticisms will change that. Didn't you read my other post? "We believe in God the Eternal Father and in his son Jesus Christ and in the Holy Ghost" now tell me how does this attribute to the fantasy that I don't know who I worship unless you yourself are not Christian.

We believe that David is being punished in outer darkness right now for his murder and adulltery we also believe that he will not gain the Celestial Glory he would have had and has to settle for the lowest kingdom. I didn't expect for your lack of adherence to be so obvious. It doesn't matter if you believe that it is an accurate depiction of character to call someone liar is a character attack no matter how you look at it I have not lied. I may have been misinformed and when I found the truth I apologized and we moved on.

The lack of knowledge in the grounds of public figures amazes me. It is almost impossible for a public figure to get anywhere in court where character is an issue because they have to prove malice. In the realm of John Q. Public however it is almost always an open and shut case as long as all the evidence is there.

May I correct your "misinformation" yet once again. (This seems to be a habit of yours.) First off, D&C 76:28–35, 44–48, states that "Outer Darkness" is forever. See LDS.org for that one. So he will never see the Telestial Kingdom. But just so you are very clear on this: God forgave David. David wrote most (if not all) of the book of Psalms. Jesus is called, a "Son of David" nine times. (Matt. 9:27) God says that David was His servant. Jesus even refers to himself as the Son of David. So what you are saying is that Jesus is the Son of Perdition. Do you have any clue how far off that is? You didn't even talk about Paul and Moses? Both men shed innocent blood. How about them? Or was David someone you decided to pick on because you thought you were correct? And are you suggesting that God pulled Moses out of Outer Darkness to stand with Elijah on the mount of transfiguration, then sent him back after he was done? Are you suggesting that God used Paul to write most of the New Testament, then sent him to Outer Darkness as a Thank You??

Link, you should listen to yourself out loud, first, then post. Cuz right now, it is my firm belief that you are trusting in a religion that has sold you down the river.

And if truth be known, you give the impression that you aren't interested in the truth, you are a Mormon proselyte long before you will ever accept truth. You have too much at stake in your current life to ever consider that the LDS church is a sham.

Same old argument... Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit are three separat beings, because it is impossible for God to be three different beings at the same time.

The only problem with that argument is: This is - God - you are putting into a box. And the source of your information on this subject, is a grifter named Joseph Smith.
