Any responses regarding Jesus' "vote" are based on pure speculation.

That being the case I speculate that he, being a good Jew, would want to execute all muslims.

It is written that the only way to be forgiven for murder for your life to be taken within the law. So Jesus would probably see the death penalty as necessary for those who have commited murder.

There is absolutely no way that Jesus would want all the muslims killed. He did not teach like that even though the Pharisees (leaders) of the time would have accepted him readily if he did. Jesus taught that all men should be accepting of the beliefs of another and to not try to force religion on anyone.

Jesus taught that all men were children of god and thus we should do unto others as we would want done unto ourselves and to love one another (in the fraternal sense) not kill all who disagree and get rid of everyone.

Jesus was a good Jew no question about that but what happened with the woman who was caught in adultery. The law back then was that she was to be killed immediately by stoning but Jesus said let he who is sinless among ye cast the first stone.

People seem to love to say that there war is from god when in fact that is only there excuse for a war they wanted to go into. The Crusades from the Catholic church were claimed to be from god and for god well these people believe that god doesn't speak to them any more so how could this be?

So you are invoking The Christian "Force Majeure clause".

I do not believe Jesus would want the death penalty. Jesus was a pacifist and he was merciful, he believed in forgiveness.

Where, exactly, is it written? Chapter/verse.
